- In 2013 he joined RED (Red Entertainment) the regions leading video game software distributor
- Achieved rapid progression in the company progressing from the role of merchandiser, to Team leader and finally Key Account Manager within three short years.
- RED was purchased in 2016 and Durgesh remained, heading up RED’s diversification into the ESD space. He headed up and grew the end-to-end launch and distribution of RED’s Sony PSN ESD division.
- Joined DEVCO in March 2020 as Sales Manager for the MENA region and has been crucial to DEVCO’s rapid growth and continued success in the digital space.
