- Having 14 years working in Blue-chip companies (Mars, Gillette, BAT), Spanning across multiple roles including Sales, Trade Marketing, Brand Management, Distributor Development & Management in a diverse set of markets (UK, ME, SE & E. Europe, South Africa, Asia).
- In 1996, Michael co-founded a distribution and marketing company (Red Entertainment Distribution) servicing the MENA region, based in Dubai.
- RED became the largest distributor of video game software in the Middle East, holding exclusive contracts for EA, Activision, Ubisoft, Take 2, Sega, Warner Bros. The success of RED was based on proactively servicing the needs of publisher requirements, living and developing their global brand franchises locally, while never neglecting existing client commitments. By 2016, company revenues had reached $120m: the company was then bought in its entirety October 2016.
